How do I book an appointment?

In order to book an appointment, you must create a NETA VERE account via our website. Make sure to add your desired service address, and a valid payment method. Once your account is ready, you can select your service and add add-ons. To finalize your booking, select your ideal available slot, confirm and be pampered. 

How do I request a previous NETA VERE beautician?

To book a previous or specific beauty expert, please contact us at [email protected] or by WhatsApp. Please include your name, the name of the beautician, time, location and service you would like. 

How do I book a special service?

Special services such as bridal, red carpet, editorial, as well as specific wellness services such as massage, facial, yoga and pilates, must be requested via this email: [email protected] or by WhatsApp. Please specify your needs including your name, date, time, location and service. We will find your best match and will get back to you shortly with confirmation.

What if NETA VERE does not operate in my area? 

If you are interested in booking a service outside of the NETA VERE operational area, please send your request to this email: [email protected] or by WhatsApp. Please include your name, the name of the beautician, time, location and service you would like. We will find your best match and will get back to you shortly with confirmation. Please note that an appointment outside of our zone will come with an extra fee plus a 15% default tip for your designated aesthetician(s).  

How do I prepare for a blowout or updo?

Ideally you should wash your hair 15 minutes prior to the appointment. Blowouts are best performed on damp hair, whereas updo’s give best results on clean and dry hair. Finally, place yourself near an electrical outlet and if you would like, front of a mirror. 

How do I prepare for a makeup service?

Prepare your face by thoroughly cleansing and applying your personal serums and moisturizers. Have ready any products you want the beautician to use during the service and make sure to point out any allergies or special concerns. 

What is the NETA VERE cancellation policy?

In order to protect and value our beauty experts time, we have a rescheduling and cancellation policy.

– You can reschedule or cancel your beauty appointment from your NETA VERE account through the netavere.com website at no charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Last minute cancellation: 

– Rescheduling or cancelling 24 hours or more prior to the appointment will result in a 100% refund. 

– Rescheduling or cancelling less than 24 hours in advance, will result in a 50% service charge. 

– Rescheduling or cancelling in less than 4 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged the full service.

How are NETA VERE experts selected?

NETA VERE  professionals are talented creatives, carefully selected after completing a thorough application and interview process. All of our beauticians are experienced and certified professionals with high-quality standards, that have additionally undergone in-house training.

How is NETA VERE protecting clients and our experts?

We want to make sure both the client and our professional are safe. We have strict health and safety requirements for our team, with focus on correct sanitization. Our strict health and safety protocol includes behavioral guidelines to be followed by both client and expert.

What is the in-home safety protocol?

At NETA VERE the health and safety of our clients and beauticians is our priority.

Our team adheres to high standards safety and hygiene measures. 

Our experts:

Once a NETA VERE expert joins the team, they undergo in-house training on hygiene and safety. All of our beauty experts carry antibacterial spray that is applied to hands and products/tools before and after the appointment. Our experts are required to wear one-use face-masks and gloves during the service. Experts will collect trash and take it with them. We encourage our experts to be aware of their health status and refrain from appointments when they are unwell. 

Our clients:

We kindly ask our clients to have a designated, clean area where the expert can set up their kit and comfortably perform the service. We also ask all our clients to cancel the service if they have temperature or feel unwell. How will I be charged?

Your credit card will be charged after your appointment has been completed, or in the case of last minute cancellation. For more details, please see our cancellation policy.
